Emirates Group won the HireVue 2022 Impact Star Award. A global organization spanning multiple industries, they had to re-hire up to ten thousand people quickly for Emirates Airlines following the pandemic. Using HireVue, they were able to transform a traditional process to one which uses automation and assessments to reduce time to hire by 50% and bring in a more diverse workforce. It saved 350 recruitment days and $400k in recruitment costs, and also created a faster and more convenient process for candidates and recruiters.
