How Tetra Pak boosted candidate and hiring manager satisfaction

Tetra Pak is a Swedish multi-national food packaging and processing company headquartered in Switzerland. It employs over 25,000 people and has revenues of over $11 billion. They wanted to bring their candidate experience to life using a modern, inclusive, and efficient process. They also wanted to give candidates and hiring managers greater flexibility and help recruiters to increase their productivity.

By implementing HireVue’s OnDemand Video Interviewing, candidates can now interview in an environment where they are most comfortable and hiring managers can review the videos with greater flexibility. HireVue’s Live Video Interviewing solution then allows recruiters and hiring managers to create and share interview notes. Using HireVue, Tetra Pak was able to achieve a CSAT score of 90% and Net Promoter Score of 71. This was matched by an internal HR Experience Management survey showing a 92% favorable score from People Leaders, as well as a 96% favorable score from hired candidates in relation to their experience of the recruitment process and systems.
