When Koch Industries began its digital transformation journey, the HR team realized they needed a flexible, well-designed and scalable TA partner to help support Koch’s broad portfolio of companies across the globe. In a matter of months, the new, high-tech solution became invaluable to several departments across the enterprise. Building off early success in the U.S. and Canada, Koch is rolling-out HireVue to international locations next.
