Arm improves recruitment efficiency and experience

Arm is the world leader in CPU technology. Their technology is used in 70% of smart phones around the world. Previously, Arm’s recruitment process was inconsistent, inefficient and unfit for the future needs of the business. Arm selected HireVue for its ability to consistently assess for both technical and soft skills, as well as improving the candidate and hiring manager experience. They implemented OnDemand Video Interviewing for soft skills and CodeVue for technical skills. The OnDemand element has given 2000 hours back to hiring managers and recruiters.

The recorded interviews, data, and interview notes also enable improved collaboration and better hiring decisions – as well as helping hiring managers improve their interview technique. OnDemand interviewing has allowed candidates to interview at the most convenient time and bring their best selves to the process.
