HireVue Receives Gold and Bronze Stevie® Awards for Customer Service in 2022

Judges give HireVue top marks for customer service amidst Great Resignation

SALT LAKE CITY, March 8, 2022 — HireVue, the global leader in video interviewing, assessments, and text-enabled recruiting tools was awarded four times at the 16th annual Stevie® Awards for Sales and Customer Service. This year’s honors include:

• A gold award for Contact Center of the Year (Up to 100 Seats) 
• A bronze award for Best Use of Customer Insight
• A bronze award for Front-Line Customer Service Team of the Year
• A bronze award for Customer Service Department of the Year

More than 2,300 nominations from organizations of all sizes and in virtually every industry, in 51 nations, were considered in this year’s competition. Winners were determined by the average scores of more than 150 professionals worldwide on eight specialized judging committees.
