In his keynote at HireVue Horizon, you’ll hear Tomas explore whether AI can outsmart human intuition when it comes to predicting and understanding human performance at work. Tomas will cover the scientific evidence for the accuracy of new-generation prediction tools compared to traditional assessment methods particularly surrounding the issues of bias and ethics.
